TRAILER TARPS AND SITE CLEANUP
It's that time of year again when we remind everyone that all tarps should be removed by Memorial Day. Also, general cleanup on all campsites should be done.
NEW RULES AND REGULATION PACKAGE
The Board is busy reviewing, clarifying and rewriting the tree request,porch,shed and room requirements and all the General rules which govern how we operate. A package will be mailed to each owner in the Spring.
Work Parties
If you would like to be added to this volunteer list please give your phone number information to John Cigal or Fran Grabowksi. Several "fun" sessions were held this year. Thanks to all who gave their time and sweat. Lots of wood and brush was removed from our roadway areas. The fun resumes in april when much work needs to be done to ready our camping resort for the summer. Help is especially needed in May.

SECOND UNIT CAMPER STORAGE
The area to the left side of the garage will be shortly available for storage of campers. No second unit will be allowed on an owner's campsite for more than a total of 14 days during the camping season. Permission slips for this 14 day period are available at the office.
ANNUAL OWNER'S MEETING
This year's meeting is a 1:00 pm on Sunday June 8th. The following people have been nominated by the board to the 3 open positions for this year: Incumbants, Tom Smith,
Tom Foster and Sylvia Sheron. Nominations from the floor will also of course be accepted.
WOODCHIPPING
This year we will be woodchipping in early June. Pile your brush "curbside" with the thick ends toward the road. Please contact Fran or John if you would like to volunteer.
Klondike Site Sales
This Website will be available to Klondikers to rent or sell their sites. Please contact Carol Hoebel at davidhoebel@yahoo.com for more information. It will be a free service to all Klondikers.
2009 KLONDIKE BUDGET
The assessment for 2009 will remain the same at $100.00 a month.
